Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return for unused items, and in original condition, and original packaging.

Please note: Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return: Contact us to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
