Our Story

Why I Created Corporate But Make It Honest

I spent years working hard, supporting others, and believing that speaking up would lead to positive change.

Instead, I experienced what many employees quietly endure: excessive workloads, organisational silence, retaliation for raising concerns, and systems that looked healthy on paper but felt very different in practice.

Like many others, I discovered that workplace harm often hides behind professional language, policies, and procedures.

Corporate But Make It Honest was born from that experience.

Every design in this store reflects conversations many employees are afraid to have, truths many organisations struggle to acknowledge, and experiences that deserve to be seen, named, and understood.

These are not just gifts.

They are reminders that dignity matters, wellbeing matters, and every employee deserves to be treated with respect.
