Returns

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
